SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 7 - COOKIES
Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
SECTION 10 - Additional Policy information

Return Policy: We do not offer returns on firearms or ammunition due to safety reasons. We do not deal in illegal transactions. For items damaged in shipment, perishable, or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please contact us. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Warranties: The only warranties provided are provided by the manufacturers and are as contained in each manufacturer's package. Please consult the documentation that came with your purchase for details. We will, however, work with you in a reasonable and responsible manner to resolve any problems you may encounter.
Pre-owned Guns: All pre-owned firearms or other used merchandise are sold as-is where is, and no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability are made with respect to pre-owned firearms. If your gun does not appear to be functioning correctly, bring it in and we will have our gunsmiths take a look at it. If the gun cannot be repaired in-store, we will allow return the gun to the manufacture for repair. Purchasers of pre-owned firearms are strongly encouraged to contact the manufacturer or check the manufacturer's website for a firearm owner's manual for their purchase.
Products: We strive to be certain the information contained in this website and in our store is accurate, both in word and in pictures, but with manufacturers constantly improving and modifying products, some details may change. We reserve the right to accommodate these changes and to correct any errors that may inadvertently appear.
Prices: We strive to maintain the lowest prices possible. These prices may change as products sell out and are re-supplied by our distributors and manufacturers. Your understanding is appreciated when stock is sold-out and replaced with higher cost items. In the event of misprinted prices, we reserve the right to sell the items at the correct, current price. We will attempt to match prices on NEW guns only for identical packages, as long as it is a published, advertised price from a real bona-fide store. We will not match prices on hearsay, pre-owned guns, expired advertising, or from stores (including internet stores) that seem to have real good deals on guns they never have in stock. Sales Tax for Michigan residents are subject to 6% sales tax on any purchase made in the State of Michigan. Search here to check the price of a firearm.
Background Check Fee: There is no fee for background checks in the State of Michigan.
Financing: We offer an in-store layaway plan requiring 20% down and balance due in 90 days. If the merchandise is not fully paid for and picked up on or before the 90 days, it will be returned to stock unless special arrangements are made. Please see our layaway terms. There are no refunds on monies deposited for layaways.
Age Restrictions: All of our products are intended for adult use only or under adult supervision. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a shotgun or rifle, including ammunition, and 21 years or older to purchase a handgun, including handgun ammunition.
Waiting Period for Purchase of Firearms: There is no waiting period in Michigan, but there is a background check which involves your filling out a federal BATF&E form. A photo ID with your current address is required. If you are a Michigan resident, the photo ID must be a Michigan-issued ID. Military personnel must have their military ID, as well as a copy of their Permanent Duty Station orders and any existing, current state driver's license. Law Enforcement must have required paperwork from official if purchasing for official duty.
Purchase of Firearms via website: When an order is placed through Gallery of Guns website, it takes 24 hours to process. This procesing time allows for the payment of the firearm. We need time to verify the firearm and add it to our inventory. We will contact you, the customer, within the first 24 hours during the processing time. At which time we will verify the firearm purchased and setup a time for you to come into our retail store to complete the necessary Federal and State required forms. Please do not forget to bring a Michigan issued Concealed Permit License, Driver's License/ ID. Firearms can not be shipped to a customer's home address. If local you are required to pick up the firearm in person or call us to provide information for a federal firearms licensed dealer (FFL dealer) for transfer.
Transfers: For each Long gun $30; for each hand gun $30; for each SOT Class 3 NFA (full auto, silencers, machine guns) transfer $200.00 ATF form 4 with and additional $50 transfer fee. All fees includes all required paperwork. Plus ATF stamp fee $200 required with paperwork when sending to ATF.
For incoming transfers to our store please contact us within 24 hours after you place your order. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of your transfer via email, it could be a delay in getting your order to our store. Out-of-state residents may purchase a firearm, but cannot take possession of the gun until it has been transferred to a federal firearms licensed dealer (FFL dealer) in your state who will comply with the laws and regulations of your state regarding acquisition and transfer of the firearm. We will need an original, signed copy of the FFL license and street mailing address of the dealer it is to be shipped. Website: At times our products on our website may not reflect the current stock in our retail store at the time. We are unable to list every item on our website that has ever been manufactured. We will strive to maintain our current retail inventory on our website. Items that are not in our retail store are marked as special order on our website. If there is any item that is not listed, but you are interested, please contact Customer Relations at 586.786.4977 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to place an order. We require a deposit to place special orders for firearms. There is no shipping charge on any special order firearms. We often listed items on auctions websites also.
Shipping: There are no shipping charges for special orders of firearms that are to be picked up in person at our retail store. For out-of-state orders, please please contact Customer Relations at 586.786.4977 or email email@example.com for shipping information. For all other merchandise online, shipping is included in the final price. All merchandise on our website is available for purchase in our retail store.
